Hello there! I can't believe that by next week Wednesday {at the latest} we will be holding our little lady. Words seriously can't describe the mixure of emotions...

On another note before I wanted to even have a baby, I would look at nursery inspiration and jot down ideas and rip out various magazine clippings for when it would be my turn. Guess what??? It's been my turn!! Her nursery is not at all complete but I wanted to share a little glipse of it.

Still in search for..

  • Drapes and funky changing pad cover.
  • My best friends mom is painting an amazing art piece that will hang above her changing table...I can't wait to share once it's complete. She is truly talented and will have an Etsy store in the near future.
  • A small mirror to hang above her dresser.
  • Picture frames {cute ones are hard to find}

Also a few little odd's and end's to make it just right. I apologise for the cruddy photo quality, I knew I should have had my man take them...next time!

Our bambino.

Hello there!

I know it's been very quite in my neck of the woods lately, but I think you will understand... I'm beyond over the moon excited to announce that I'm having a baby. I have not been blogging because I can't help but fall asleep by 7pm. Zzzzzzz I never believed woman when they said it's an unexplainable tired..Geshh I thought they where exaggerating and "milking it". Ummmm NO! They speak truth...

Yup!! I'm going to have a baby bump this Summer and I can't be any more excited. Forget about dieting this year, I get a free ticket to wear a 2 piece and not have to be a size 6!! A-hhhh-mazing.

Today we went in for our 2nd ultrasound and it was the most incredible thing I have seen. My lil. Blueberry is getting so big and it's lil. heart was racing in my tummy.

The picture above is of some mouse shoes that I saw on etsy many many moons ago. They are so mine now!

Yours truly.

The happiest woman in the world!!!!

Elizabeth Taylor.

She was beautiful.

She was a fighter.

Although she lived a controversial life, with multiple marriages, I admired her..Despite my feelings on her personal love life and social affairs.

Elizabeth didn't live her life according to the norm. She fought for those with AIDS {way before anyone else} and  adopted a girl in 1964, when it was not the "cool" thing to do.

I appreciate her for being her. Do you wonder what your life would look like, if you did what you knew was right verses doing what is expected? I do...

Something to ponder.

Rest in peace, Elizabeth.

xx.
