RETURNS:

All of our pieces are handmade and many of them are made to order or one-of-a-kind. This is one of the reasons Upper French is so special! Because of this, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Our Shipping and handling rates are as follows.

  • U.S. - Sent via USPS Priority Mail. $6.00 for the first item, and $2.00 for each additional item.
  • Canada - $12.00 Flat Rate through USPS First Class International Mail.
  • Everywhere Else - $33.00 through USPS Express Mail. We send all international orders via Express Mail because it is both insured and traceable.

*US and Canadian residents - If you prefer to have your items sent Express Mail, please send us an e-mail and we will adjust the shipping rate for you.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, please allow up 2-4 weeks for creation and delivery.

International Orders: Please allow 2-4 weeks for creation and delivery. We are not responsible for additional customs fees incurred at delivery.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: UPPER FRENCH gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Payment is required upon time of purchase. Items will not be held.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from UF store?
A: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from UPPER FRENCH although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Q: What if I want a size you don’t have?
A: Not a problem! Send me an email before placing your order to best accommodate your needs.
